Changing the name of LG VINA Chemical Company Limited

On behalf of VINA Plasticizers Chemical Company Limited (Former name LG VINA Chemical Company Limited (LG VINA Chem)), we would like to express our deep appreciation to our Valued Authorities, Customers and Partners for your kind cooperation and support top our Company.

After 26 years of development, LG VINA Chem is the only plasticizer manufacture in Vietnam and the main manufacture in Southeast Asia. The Investors have decided to change its name and logo. Hence, we would like to announce that:

LG VINA Chemical Company, Ltd will be officially changed its name to VINA Plasticizers Chemical Company Limited from October 20th, 2021. Please refer to the following details:

Other information of the Company is unchanged.

From October 20th, 2021, we will officially use the name of VINA Plasticizers Chemical Company Limited with above information. At the same time, the old information of LG VINA Chemical Company, Ltd will be replaced with the new information of the Company. Therefore, please kindly use above information in all transaction, payment arrangement or invoice issuance towards the Company.

Please note that these changes are purely related to the change of the Company’s name and logo that will not affect any transactions, and rights and obligations related to the signed contracts between you and our Company. We can discuss and sign an appendix to our contract(s) to update the new information (if necessary)
